Through this strategic approach, he secured a formal indictment from the Prosecution on all charges of Quasi-Indecent Act by Compulsion and violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes (Illegal Filming (officially “taking photographs or videos by using cameras”) and possession of illegally filmed material).
