A dispute between classmates escalated into physical violence. The other student struck first, and our student was drawn into a mutual fight while defending himself.

This was a matter that required a detailed reconstruction and explanation of how the fight between the students came about. We forcefully pressed our side's position: that the other student initiated the violence, that our student's actions constituted self-defense, and that the parties' conduct before and after the incident supported this account. We also compiled and submitted the relevant evidence and witness statements.
