Our client, the third party in an affair, was sued for adultery.

We initially planned to take the case to judgment, believing there was no evidence, but relatively clear evidence surfaced during the proceedings, placing our client in a very unfavorable position. Rather than push on to a judgment, we moved into mediation and held the liability to KRW 15 million. In particular, we arranged for each side to bear its own litigation and mediation costs, minimizing our client's burden as much as possible.
